today lesson ended at 1. always end early on wed. so went over to the library look for yujun, but roy, jun hong, jeremy and rehan those group of ppl were there too. had to slack there till 4.15 before going to the stadium for napfa training, im not taking the test yet, just going over to train with them, in the mean time to get myself worked up. so roy and his classmate were having meeting for their projects, all the nursing terms and stuffs, i dun understand and cant help out at all. so saw this book abt surgical on the table, out of curiousity, i flip through it. and omg, the pictures inside are so gross man! would have puke if i had a heavy lunch before that.

so at 4 plus, walk over to the stadium, changed and did the 5 stations. standing broad jump, pull-ups, shuttle run, sit-up and sit & reach. sit & reach i did only like 40cm? i sucks at that. after which, 2.4km run, timing was 15mins. bad. luckily i've still got a yr to train. played soccer on the pitch after that. the pitch feels good unlike the one at my secondary school. if only im in the nyp soccer team. just loves soccer but.... am only playing for leisure now. bath, den while waiting for the girls to be done. cant imagine why girls always take a longer time in toilet den guys? we compose a song of our own, rehan the lead singer, me and yujun in charge of the tempo and beats the rest as background. wondering how to post it up, help anyone? im new at this... figure it out already. click on the link below for the song of ours. haha.

went back cwp for spider man 3. jun hong bought his slippers first, the old one spoilt... den roy called, say the 8.15 slots were only left with the front 2 rows so had no choice but to wait till 9. went to horizon for dinner first, my stir fried beef set, very nice k. one of my fav.

look at roy... haha. he's so enjoying himself. still got a pillow with him somemore. no idea why he got it, didnt ask him. but it's funny that he actually carry this big plastic bag of pillow all the way from nyp back to wdls. he looks like a china tourist, that's what jun hong said. the movie was great, definately worth it for those who've not catch it yet. reach home, blogging and checking my mails, den mum ask me why mothers day my sis who is not working at least bought her a handbag but i nvr bought anything. i told her to get what she want, i'll pay for it, but den she say dont' want. instead her present is that she wants me to be early and puntual for school. man, i'll do it. and huini, lol. your story where got put copyright? i didnt see, so dun count. i help you promote okay. haha.
